Nexa was founded in 2016 by Eliot Hibbert and John Roberts, and received full approval from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as a regulated law firm.
In 2020, Nexa acquired specialist London corporate firm Peregrine Law and welcomed Nigel Clark to the management team, further strengthening our capabilities.
Our legal team has grown over 400% in 3 years, enabling us to offer a broader range of services and cater to evolving client needs.
