Victoria qualified as a property solicitor in March 2007 gaining experience in a wide variety of property matters with varying values and complexity, her role within Nexa is COO.
Background
Having grown up in the London area, Victoria went to Keele University to complete a Law Degree and then studied the Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law. Upon qualifying Victoria worked for several regional firms in the Shropshire and Mid Wales area along with a national firm based in Leicester. After joining Nexa Victoria now experiences the benefits of working flexibly around her young family.
Main focus
Victoria’s role as COO at Nexa is varied from dealing with the administration and management of Head Office; to looking after the Accounts, Support and Compliance Teams; she also welcomes, onboards, system trains and regularly engages with any new consultants joining Nexa to ensure their transition into the Nexa family runs smoothly.
Likes
Whilst not working Victoria loves spending time with her family and walking Ted the Cockapoo.
