Nigel has extensive experience in managing legal services businesses in the UK and internationally and is a passionate business developer and people person.
Background
Nigel most recently co-founded and managed Peregrine Law in London which was acquired by nexa law in January 2020. Before that, he managed offices for leading international firm, Minter Ellison, in London and Beijing, as well as working as a lawyer in Sydney and Hong Kong.
As a lawyer, Nigel qualified in the UK in 1999 and in Australia in 2007. He used to advise on all aspects of finance, cross border M&A and restructuring and combined this with managing professionals, teams and offices.

Nigel is a sports nut and spends most of his time persuading his family and friends to play and watch as many different sports as possible. He’s also a school governor, a NED and a mentor for students at Queen Mary’s University, London.
