Introducing Natasha Banjo to nexa law

We are very pleased to welcome Natasha Banjo to our team of experienced Consultant Solicitors at nexa law.

Natasha qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has spent the majority of her career within the field of civil litigation specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence work. For the last 10 years she has been a Partner of a firm and has headed up teams specialising in the above areas of law. She has a passion for ensuring that those who are victims of negligence receive the compensation that they deserve.

Natasha has vast experience in the area of civil litigation and after gaining a distinction in the Legal Practice Course went on to train at a niche law firm in Cheshire where she obtained invaluable experience shadowing a Senior Partner and working on her own case load including the notable Court of Appeal case of Casey v Cartwright which changed the personal injury field in terms of how low value impact cases are dealt with, leading her to begin her career as a Solicitor.

Natasha’s areas of expertise include Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Dental Negligence, General Civil Litigation to include negligence claims and contract disputes and Financial Mis-selling claims brought pursuant to the Consumer Credit Act 1974 due to unfair creditor/debtor relationships.

In her spare time, Natasha has three children and so enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys travelling and going to visit the theatre.
