Welcoming Tony Earl to nexa law

Tony Earl is a commercial property lawyer and has worked in the North Staffordshire area since qualifying in 2009.

He supports clients with the full spectrum of real estate matters including acquisitions or disposals of sites or premises, conditional sale contracts, options, overage agreements, portfolio restructuring, sale and leaseback arrangements, negotiating the grant, renewal and regearing of commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenant) and secured lending.

In addition, Tony also provides property support on corporate transactions involving the sale or purchase of shares or property assets, including property due diligence.

Clients include landowners, landlords and tenants, property investors, developers, asset managers and banks.
