Sam is an experienced property solicitor, having qualified in 1999. Throughout his post qualification career Sam has specialised in commercial property and has gained wide experience acting for owners, occupiers and developers of all types of commercial property.

Background:

Sam was previously a partner in a south Wales law firm where he acted for business owners, investors, developers, charities, and SIPP and SSAS pension providers on a broad range of commercial property transactions. As well as technical expertise, Sam brings a commercially minded approach to his work and strives to develop lasting relationships with the clients he represents.
