Welcoming Julie Trimble to nexa law

We are pleased to have recently welcomed Julie Trimble to our team of experienced Consultant Lawyers at nexa law.

Julie is a consultant solicitor and specialises in commercial property transactions.

Julie started her career working for a large regional law firm in the south of England dealing with site acquisitions and leases for household names such as Wella, Motorola and Lansing Linde, to name but a few.

Julie has over 20 years of experience dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. Julie advises on planning agreements, overage provisions and land transfers. Julie enjoys the varied roles of acting for both Landlords and Tenants in commercial lease matters and is able to provide sound and clear advice on a notoriously complex area of law, ensuring that parties understand their legal commitments.

Whilst working in Mid Wales Julie also gained significant experience dealing with renewable energy contracts, options and leases, advising landowners on wind and water turbine agreements. Julie has a modern, pragmatic approach to her role as a solicitor and delivers clear straightforward advice based on her client’s commercial needs, whilst retaining a human touch.
