Welcoming Jane Pearsey to Nexa

Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and has considerable experience in all aspects of property law with particular emphasis on commercial transactions to include business leases, freehold and leasehold commercial property sales and purchases, unincorporated business acquisitions and disposals, option and overage agreements, deeds of easement, commercial mortgages and bank guarantees.

During her career Jane has practised at partner level , as Head of Department at regional law firm level and as senior commercial property solicitor for a Local Authority. Jane has also previously established and run her own law firm in the South East of England.
