Welcoming Henry Clarke to nexa law

We are very pleased to have recently welcomed Henry Clarke to our team of experienced lawyers here at nexa law.

Henry is an experienced lawyer and a valuable trusted advisor for management who can help manage and mitigate the risks of business growth and challenging markets for SMEs.

SMEs face legal and business challenges as they seek to grow or deal with challenging environments. These challenges are made easier having advisors with commitment, talent and broad experience including of international business. His goal is to help your business grow sustainably in today’s challenging environment.

Henry qualified in 2004 with a Magic Circle law firm and holds a Distinction in his LLM. He is dual qualified as a solicitor advocate and over the years has worked for several major international law firms, in house, in Poland and in the Gulf. He also has an MBA (Distinction) from an FT Global Top 50 Business School. He has worked with larger businesses and SMEs in finance, corporate and construction matters. He has in-house experience of a fast-growing financial services business. Henry served in the British Army as an officer around the world including on three operational tours, leaving Regular service as a Major.

In his spare time Henry enjoys horse riding, hiking, theatre, travelling and history.
