Rebecca Cobbs joins nexa law

We are very pleased to welcome Rebecca Cobbs to our team of experienced Consultant Solicitors at nexa law.

Rebecca is a solicitor who qualified in 2008. She has spent a decade working at a top 50 UK law firm on commercial property acquisitions and disposals and landlord & tenant transactions. She also has expertise in the telecommunications sector and has acted for several mobile and broadband operators.

Rebecca has considerable experience in landlord and tenant matters particularly in the retail, hospitality and telecommunications sectors. She also deals with commercial property acquisitions, disposals and refinancing.

Before becoming a lawyer Rebecca was a general manager at a major retailer, which clients have stated shows in her “can-do” mentality and practical legal advice. Her aim is to create longstanding relationships with clients, to fully understand their business systems and goals so that she can better add value in each transaction.
Rebecca is a passionate supporter of the national Welsh rugby team, attending most home tests. She also enjoys reading, SCUBA diving and martial arts.
