Property Lawyer, Adrian Hansford, joins nexa law

We are pleased to have recently welcomed Adrian Hansford to our team of experienced Consultant Lawyers at nexa law.

Adrian has worked in Central London as a residential property solicitor for over 22 years. He has a vast experience, working on a wide range of property sales and purchases, but also lease extensions and collective enfranchisements.

Whilst Adrian’s work is predominantly based in London, he has acted for clients covering most of England and Wales, on both the lower and higher ends of the property ladder.

Having been based in London, Adrian has considerable experience working on the transactions involving leasehold flats. Conversely, Adrian has also acted for clients buying and selling large freehold houses and also, sprawling Country Estates.

Adrian has a diverse client base which means he acts for first time buyers, the more “traditional” buyers, investment buyers and developers – whether they be developing country plots to then build and sell on, to small scale developments and conversions of flats in Central London.

Adrian adopts a proactive and practical stance when acting for clients. This, in conjunction with his cheery and positive demeanor, has seen Adrian build up a wide range of clients during his many years of working in a constantly changing and competitive property market.
