I regularly advise independent dental practitioners and corporate dental organisations across England and Wales on the acquisition and disposal of NHS and private practices, as well as dealing with Partnership Agreements, Expense Sharing Arrangements, Associate Agreements and Employment Contracts.

I also advise on issues with NHS England and the Care Quality Commission and regularly deal with dispute resolution for dentists and doctors, whether this be by way of mediation or litigation.
