Introducing Samantha Downs to nexa law

We are very pleased to have recently welcomed Samantha Downs to our team of consultant solicitors at nexa law.

Samantha is a very experienced solicitor, qualifying in 2007. She specialises in Private Client matters, is TEP qualified and a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Samantha previously headed up a Wills and Probate Team within a leading East Midlands law firm. She has extensive experience in all areas of Private Client law, from simple wills to complex trusts and inheritance matters.

Despite dealing with sensitive situations, Samantha is able to put clients at ease and provide reassurance and support during difficult times.

Due to Samantha’s experience, she is a regular on local BBC Radio discussing topical issues in the field of Private Client law and answering listeners’ questions.

Samantha enjoys long walks with her family and Springer Spaniel and travelling.
