Introducing Robert Young to nexa law

We would like to introduce Robert Young, who we are very pleased to have recently welcomed to our nexa law team.

Robert has expertise in investment asset management work managing industrial properties on behalf of a £350m property investment syndicate and a £150m high income property fund. He also has notable experience in dealing with airports, shopping centres, industrial parks, retail outlets, hotels and serviced multi-let office space.

A particular interest is in portfolio acquisitions and disposals having advised on a single residential portfolio disposal in excess of 50 residential properties and also on an industrial park portfolio acquisition valued in excess of £750m.

Robert also has experience advising on the acquisition, disposal and financing of sites for energy production, storage and distribution for oil, gas, and also for renewable projects in the wind farm, biomass and solar sectors.
