Gabriel is a dual qualified commercial lawyer (Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an Attorney of the New York State Bar). In addition to having a London-based legal practice he also owns a New York-based legal practice (Law Offices of Gabriel C. Mbanefo, P.C. t/a Entrepreneur Legal US) and is therefore well placed to assist clients with business related matters concerning both England and Wales and the United States. His practice is geared towards serving the needs of entrepreneurs, investors and small/medium sized businesses with operations in, or with plans to set up operations in, the UK or the US.

Background

Gabriel has extensive experience in the areas of commercial law, corporate law, international trade law, business taxation, and trade mark law, both in relation to English law and US law. He opened the Law Offices of Gabriel C. Mbanefo, P.C. (t/a Entrepreneur Legal US) in 2014, which operated from an office on Wall Street in New York, US for a number of years before transitioning to a virtual law firm in 2022. His international experience extends across the globe, having lived and worked in both the US and the UK, and having advised entrepreneurs and businesses based in over 25 countries, including the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Poland, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, and Brazil. In the US, he has been listed among the Top 100 US Attorneys by The Top 100 Magazine (2020).
