Iain Robinson joins nexa law

We are pleased to have recently welcomed Iain Robinson to our team of experienced Consultant Lawyers at nexa law. Iain qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and advises directors on personal guarantees.

Iain has a wealth of experience in commercial property from a decade working at leading firms across the South West. As well as buying, selling, and leasing premises, Iain’s clients often sought mortgage funding from financial institutions. Those institutions seek personal guarantees from directors and require the directors to be advised on the guarantee terms. It is this advice in which Iain now specialises.

Iain delivers this advice in a more specialist, more convenient, more independent, less laborious, and less expensive way than directors expect.

Iain can come to you, the director, to advise – at your home or office or at the security property. If everyone agrees he can even go to your company’s lawyer’s offices.

In the time his two small children allow him, Iain enjoys the great outdoors and the inside of a gym.
