George qualified as a solicitor in 2006 with a leading international law firm advising financial services businesses, asset managers and entrepreneurs on commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.

George has spent over a decade advising high street names and SMEs as both an external and in-house lawyer. In addition to his time as a solicitor, George has taught law at a Liverpool University and a leading London law school. George now brings this breadth of knowledge and experience to advise Fintech businesses as they seek to disrupt the status quo.

George is focused on the rapidly evolving world of Block Chain and how this next generation technology will be adopted by the financial services industry.

George specialises in financial regulation with a particular focus on asset management, digital innovation and data protection. George advises businesses on how best to navigate the regulatory landscape and the policies and procedures that need to be in place to achieve compliance. He is experienced in overseas work having been in-house counsel at a number of global businesses with a particular focus on offshore jurisdictions.
