Andrew Horrocks appointed member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal

We are delighted to congratulate Nexa consultant, Andrew Horrocks on his appointment as a solicitor member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal – well done on your selection Andrew!

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal is a statutory body which adjudicates upon breaches of the rules and regulations which apply to solicitors and their firms, including the SRA Code of Conduct.

We know Andrew is really looking forward to taking up this interesting and challenging part-time role from January 2023 and we wish him the best of luck.

Andrew also currently sits as a judge of the First Tier Tribunal.
