Eliot is a solicitor who qualified in 2006. His previous role was head of the Corporate Commercial team at a leading West Midlands firm. Eliot specialises in commercial work with a particular focus on corporate, commercial contracts and commercial property. Eliot has dealt with numerous high value business acquisition and disposals and has acted for businesses within the UK, Europe and America on commercial contract work. Eliot has also acted for a major UK developer and several flagship property leases for SME, large limited companies, LLP’s and PLC’s. He is in charge of managing the business and in his spare time Eliot can normally be found on the golf course or spending time with his young family.
