Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has specialised in the field of property litigation throughout her legal career. She was a partner at a law firm in Hull for 8 years before becoming a consultant.
Rachel specialises in all areas of commercial and residential property litigation and landlord and tenant matters, including: tenants right to first refusal, residential leasehold enfranchisement, service charges, lease renewal litigation, commercial and residential possession proceedings and debt recovery.
Rachel has established herself as a leading specialist in property litigation and has worked for large commercial and pub clients as well as private landlords. Rachel is praised for her thorough, accurate and meticulous approach and enjoys the variation of her work and the challenges that each different case brings.
