Joy is a Chartered Legal Executive who qualified in 2003 and specialises in Private Client Law and Property Law

Background

Joy has worked most of her career in East Anglia, after starting work as a Legal Secretary, Joy took a career break and went to the University of Southampton to study law, returning to work as a paralegal whilst studying for practice qualifications. After successful completion of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in Conveyancing, she went on to get a further diploma in Probate and Trusts and practiced in both areas, making her one of the first Chartered Legal Executives to become a Partner. She left practice to concentrate on Property Investment and building an Estate Planning business, while working part time in the local authority legal department.

Joy also works for a large property investment company training new property investors on their journey and has a special interest in legacy planning and difficult title problems.
