Jayne is a Consultant FCILEX (Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and specialises in all conveyancing matters. Jayne believes that communication is key to ensuring a smooth transition for a client’s sale or purchase, ensuring clients expectations can be managed and they are fully informed at each stage of their transaction.
Clients are updated at each stage of the process both in writing and verbally, and Jayne is always happy to speak to clients on the telephone to discuss any questions.
Jayne deals with residential sales, purchases, leasehold matters, right to buy, new builds, transfers of equity, help to buy including redemption of equity charges.
