Jane is a solicitor who qualified 1998 specialising in Private Client advice. Jane is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Background

Jane specialises in complex Will planning advice and Trust work. Jane has previously headed up the private client service department of a multi-office family practice.

Jane’s experience involves will and trust planning advice for clients with significant capital and income and/or complex family circumstances. Jane will also advise on the use of inheritance tax exemptions.

Jane also provides specialist advice on lasting powers of attorney and covers a broad range of issues for the elderly and more vulnerable client, including asset protection.

Jane advises on all aspects of estate administration and probate including complex trust work and inter-jurisdictional probate.
