I’m a UK qualified solicitor specialising in corporate finance and investment fund work. I’ve worked at some of the world’s largest law firms in the City of London before moving to work in in-house with international investment banks and hedge funds.
My experience
I have worked as the General Counsel at globally focused hedge fund RAB Capital plc with the Special Situations, Energy and Technology Funds. After that I became the CEO of an AIM quoted natural resources business, partnering with the Majors, before setting up an independent consultancy business to provide General Counsel services to the alternative investment sector.
I have worked in the European medical cannabis sector since the early part of 2018 as well as with networks of entrepreneurs, professional service providers and investors in the industry around the world.

I am also admitted as a Solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and have worked with a BVI and Cayman Islands offshore law firm. And am a certified Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management.
