Caroline Gumbrell
Commercial and Agricultural Property Disputes Lawyer

Caroline Gumbrell

Caroline qualified in 1998 and is a partner in our property disputes team.  She has spent the last twenty years specialising in land and property disputes with a focus on commercial and agricultural Landlord and Tenant work.

Background

Caroline has worked for three top 200 law firms in her career and that has enabled her to act for a wide variety of clients including farmers, individuals and companies with many hundreds of properties in their portfolios.  Caroline is a trusted, empathetic and pragmatic lawyer whose only focus is providing her clients with great service and high quality, sound legal advice.  Caroline advised in a number of large value commercial disputes before choosing to focus on land and property and this means that she understands the wider commercial effect of decisions to be taken in the cases she now works on.
