During her years of practice, Annest has managed a wide range of matters on behalf of both commercial and private clients, ranging from residential landlord and tenant eviction proceedings funded by a landlord insurance provider, to challenging a will disposing of a multimillion-pound estate on behalf of disappointed beneficiaries.
Because of her dual role, Annest can undertake any conveyancing work required to finalise property disputes after conclusion of proceedings, such as drafting and registering transfers of equity or transfers of part to give effect to a settlement agreement.
