Amy specialises in contentious and non-contentious IP, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Her degree in Physiological Sciences from Oxford University gives her a strong background in the life sciences. She also has considerable experience advising technology and telecommunications clients.
Amy’s experience of the lifecycle of a litigation action enables her to advise clients on the protection and exploitation of their IP rights generally, including providing validity and infringement options and negotiating commercial agreements relating to IP.
