Welcoming Alka Jasooja to the nexa law team

We are very pleased to have recently welcomed Alka Jasooja to the nexa law team.

Alka is a dual-qualified solicitor (UK and India) with specialisation in corporate, commercial, banking and financial law, across various industry sectors including hospitality, banking, mining, technology, education & training, entertainment, clean energy and media.

Alka is an analytical lawyer with more than 8 years of extensive post qualification experience in India and more than 10 years in UK across various sectors. Her practical experience is complemented by a successful and varied track record in providing advice, research and commercial drafting solutions for organisations and entrepreneurs, further enriched by professional education and training. She brings together decades of experience in different specialisations for the benefit of clients. She has extensive experience and expertise in international legal matters. With a reputation as a determined negotiator, and for being resourceful and client-focused in her approach, she is committed to getting the best results for her clients

In her spare time Alka likes spending time with her family and enjoys cooking, playing chess, interacting with people and acquiring new skills.
