Ruby has international experience from her time at BT and has a track record of standardising terms enabling speed to market, negotiating bespoke deals and working in complex, matrixed cross border global environments with proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and drive successful results.  She has directed data privacy, anti-corruption and bribery regulatory transformation programmes and has strategic leadership experience enabling her to influence remediation efforts and determine risk appetites and thresholds to ensure compliance.

Ruby has a thorough understanding of needs and priorities of a business to define and deliver operationally effective global strategies and policies across a spectrum of legal, regulatory, and commercial issues and risks.  She is a trusted and respected partner at executive level (board, sponsors, and key stakeholders) adept at providing advice, direction and reporting to board level executives.  Flexible can-do attitude with an orientation to pragmatic outcomes.
