Meet Gerard Dempsey, our new Corporate Lawyer

We are very pleased to have recently welcomed Gerard Dempsey to our team of experienced Consultant Lawyers at nexa law.

Gerard is a senior corporate lawyer with over 17 years of experience of advising a wide range of clients from start-up businesses to listed companies in relation to a broad range of corporate transactions. While he has cross-sectoral experience, his practice has focused on companies in the technology and data analytics sectors.

Gerard is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and as an attorney at the New York State Bar.

He has worked as General Counsel at an AIM listed healthcare technology and artificial intelligence company which he was brought in to help float in 2018. Prior to that he was a Corporate Partner at Rosenblatt, the AIM listed London City law firm, where he spent 11 years. He has also worked as UK & Ireland In-house Counsel at an IT recruitment process outsourcing company.
